In the beginning of January an amazing improv group from Slovenia – Gverila Teater – will come visit us in Brno. We’ll be playing, sharing our improv styles and having fun with this theatre artform for few days and on Saturday January 6th we’ll perform a show for public together. 🙂 It will be unforgettable, unique and very special evening of improv theatre. Gverila Teater was born on the teachings of the „father“ of improvisation Keaith Johnstone and his format Gorilla Theatre. Members of Gverila Teater started from there and developed their own take on improv including playing with different genres (soap opera, bollywood, famous series, or superheroes movies). Gverila also plays with costumes and objects on scene which is not very common in the Czech improvisational scene.
